This was taken during the 2016 Healdsburg Avenue Bridge Celebration - Part of the Healdsburg Water Carnival. This celebration, put on by the City of Healdsburg and Sonoma County Regional Parks, is a great time for anyone giving thanks to it's history and the source of both play and nourishment.
